The location was best possible and unbeatable, next to the mountain side, hill and the holy mosque. Highly efficient staff members were especially the duty manager. The buffet breakfast had lots of food.

I loved the place thanks to staff and cleanliness. Beds were uncomfortable, however it was truly a really great stay. The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a pretty nice area, right by Al Haram, the hill, al haram masjid. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

We were moved to a junior suite and had a personal safe, multi-channel television and a mini bar fridge. Walking distance to Al Rehab Restaurant, where you can have lunch. Nothing beats being in Shaza Makkah...
